Huzzah! Games® Adventurers League — Book Donation Promotion

Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 30th, 2025

By participating in the Huzzah! Games® Adventurers League Book Donation Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

1.1. This Promotion is open to any individual participant who freely donates an eligible book directly to Huzzah! Games LLLP for use in the Huzzah! Games® Adventurers League, whether online or at in-person events.
1.2. By donating, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the donated book(s) and have the full right and authority to donate the book(s) without restriction.

2. Offer

2.1. For each eligible Dungeons & Dragons book accepted by Huzzah! Games® under this Promotion, you will receive one (1) game session credit valid for one free Adventurers League game session, either online or in-person.
2.2. A maximum of three (3) game session credits may be earned per participant under this Promotion.
2.3. Game session credits have no cash value and are non-transferable; food and beverages are not included with the Promotion.

3. Donation Requirements

3.1. Eligible donations include official Dungeons & Dragons books, sourcebooks, or adventures as determined solely by Huzzah! Games LLLP.
3.2. All donations are subject to review and approval by Huzzah! Games LLLP. Huzzah! Games LLLP reserves the right to decline any donation, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion based on the condition, content, relevance, duplication, physical size, or any other factor deemed relevant.
3.3. All accepted donations are final and non-returnable. By donating, you irrevocably waive, relinquish, and release any and all ownership rights, title, or future claims to the donated book(s). Ownership of accepted donations shall transfer unconditionally to Huzzah! Games LLLP upon delivery and acceptance.

4. Redemption

4.1. Each game session credit must be redeemed within six (6) calendar months of the date of acceptance of the donated book(s).
4.2. Credits must be used for Huzzah! Games® Adventurers League sessions only and may not be applied to other events, products, or services.
4.3. Credits may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

5. General Terms

5.1. Huzzah! Games LLLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
5.2. Huzzah! Games LLLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion.
5.3. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By donating a book under this Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
